Q: What if I order and item and them find out it is out of stock?

While we make every effort to keep our online inventory updated, there is the slight possibility that an item might sell out in one of our stores at the same time an online order is submitted. In that rare occasion, we will contact you with a solution.

Q: I'm not computer savvy. May I order over the phone?

Absolutely, we welcome phone orders! Our sales associates are more than happy to assist you by phone if you prefer to place an order with a real person.

Q: How quickly will items ship?

Our goal is to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please expect weekends and holidays to affect ship time and time in route.

Shipping & Returns

Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service - based on the customers choice at checkout. Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship throughout the continental USA.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

A shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

Weekends and holidays may cause delays in shipping and delivery times.

Q: Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns.

IN STORE RETURNS - We accept returns and will provide a store credit or exchange on any non-sale merchandise within 10 days of purchase. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt, must be in perfect, unworn condition and with original undamaged packaging and tags. All SALE priced items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Shoes must be in their original undamaged box.

ONLINE RETURNS - Please call for a return authorization. Returns of regular priced items will be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in perfect, unworn condition, in original packaging with original tags. Shoes must be in their original undamaged box.
